Last thought of the Week 4/04-4/11

What a week? this week marked the first of my last weeks in California, but at least it was a bit more interesting then just that, it also was my first week back at the 561 restaurant it the Le Cordon Bleu and also it was the first week i worked Three days strait at Gold Class, starting friday- to day which is sunday but on top of that it was one of my first 7 day work weeks not including the the time i spent at the 561, which i think that place is growing on me, as for those who don't know i was never a true fan of the LCB's restaurant, however this place does have its perks and the managers this week did stick me in a pretty lax position as a bartender, for the exception of that little hiccup on friday in which i had to do approximately six bottle services for wine and on about an average 40 wine glass pours, in consecutive order plus a few refills so i would average that friday night to be about 60-80 pours i might be a little exaggeration but it was a lot and since i was the only one doing the pours give me a break especially since i did come right from work at the Gold Class movie theater and was al ready tired from that i think i did a good job either way... the week was not all like this, and i did feel this was a very productive week all things considering my sister will be coming down to Cali this Next week so my whole week was meant to prepare for that. as for my life in-general nothing really new but i did just been working on reinventing my profiles and adding new bits, i did find it funny at work yesterday that two already drunk ladies ordered beers and as soon as the movie started fell asleep and when the movie was over they actually had the nerve to ask for to-go cups for them, i was like WTF? are you two Serious? and they actually were, then i just fucking said, "Sorry By Law I and no one else can let you leave with the beers to-go, but you are more then welcome to finish your drinks in the lounge," then they just sayed, " Na, we really need to get going, so it is just to bad it was a waist of our money, so can we get a refund?" then i was like, "Sorry, no, since we did pour the beer and did deliver it to you on a timely manner, there is nothing we can do." in case point, for those to women, just like to let you know i hope you enjoyed your nap since for both of you it was about $50 then on top of that an extra $10 for both beers you bought, so cheers to you both for spending approximately $60 just for both of you to take a nap, when you could have just slept at your own home for free. but that is how the glass breaks. and as for today, after closing that night i got home around 2am went online for a bit passed out on the couch then came too around 5 moved to my bed then all of the sudden everyone wakes up and this just made me irritated since i had to be up for my sunday opening shift at the GC in just a couple of hours, ad when i get to GC to work i expect it not to be too busy, but i was wrong, horribly wrong, first 3 shows about 60 people at one time, and on top of that the entire day busy, busy, busy, short one runner each of us were working double duty and the kitchen some how got backed up but with a good work ethic and a healthy dosage of team work, we got it knocked out. then after i got off work i went home a nd passed out then came too around 9:00 got ready and went to the 10 o'clock happy hour at the yard house and then end up on facebook and on this site site to ing my blog which brings me to the end, of this very long yet intently true post. so this is who i am this week and hoping for much more to talk about his coming week since my sister will be in town and we never know what will be there to bring me.
