Manners...

to day is all about manners and how you should behave in a dinning establishment! since i still see this happing alot espesially since i moved down to california...
i like to direct you all to the list of things to do and not to do as it pertains to manners...

Manners:

you should always Remember to say, " please and thank you!"

Never snap your fingers at your server, they are not dogs and should not be treated like so!!!

Never talk while the server is talking and pay attention to what the server is saying, so you have the server go through the specials once and only once, also if you have a few more people joining you, just wait for them before you ask to hear the specials and to order.

Never yell your server's name in the dining rooms it is rude and very destracting to the other guests.

Speak and Order your food clearly when talking to the server.

Keep the fornication in the bedroom, i am all for the whole exobitonist life style and all but not in the lady's restroom and avoid doing the whole fingering and hand job thing under the table just stick to laying adult footsie if you need to...

Never grab at the server, try to keep personal space to a maximum and try raisinfg your hand like in school to get the attention of your server or anyone else that works there.
