Reservation Redux

OK so now this is the point in my day where i go about telling you why i give the rules. Since today is about Reservations, let me tell you a couple stories that happen while i was working...

Ok so a few weeks ago i was working a swing shift and we had a reservation made by a person who said it was only going to be 3 of them, but when it came to the day of, it was 4 of them then they got an other joiner then another, and half hour later it was up to 8 or 9 of them sitting at this lil table made for 4 and i seriously didn't know how they, maybe they have some clown in them or something but they did, but the frustrating thing was that the way it worked was they all clolected infront of the walk way and that was not cool.

I really hate also what i will only call Ladies night, this i say was a night from hell and i was the host at it...

ok this night was on Saturday and so i came in to a half set dinning room, in which needed to be table clothed and for some fucking reason we had a 15 top and a 30 top scheduled the thirty top i really didn't mind since it was setting as is but the 15 top i had to set down stairs and i quickly did so it was for a ladies night out for some navy wives... i really see no point to tell you this but i i just am. anyways yeah the 15 to[p was for 630 so by then we thought people would start arriving but by that time and the rest of the night only 8 of the women for this fucking table showed up and so i felt jipped on the fact that i spent an hour moving and setting the table for 15 and it took up 80% of the downstairs dining area so i couldn't seat people. as for the 30 top, all thirty of them showed and it went smoothly for the fact it was only cocktails and apps however after all that was done at least ten of them wanted to stay for dinner and sit at the same table, now normally this wouldn't be a problem for me, but when you have ten top wanting to sit down but don't have a table set for 10 you kinda want to shoot someone especially after i got jipped by the 15 top i was pissed. but i sucked it up and got the table set for them and they all ate and shared good tidings!!! but as for as organization when i feel that people should keep to the reservation they made...
